SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. SHIPPING TO MALAYSIA – CITYLINK & POS MALAYSIA
With the Citylink and Pos Malaysia shipping method, your order will be delivered straight to your doorstep. Hence, a person needs to be there to receive the items. If nobody happens to be around to receive the parcel, you can arrange for redelivery.
Orders shipped via Citylink & Pos Malaysia are insured and trackable. Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!
Paid orders made before 1pm will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day
For Peninsular Malaysia : A total of RM250 and above in a single purchase entitles you to a complimentary free Citylink postage. No free shipping for Sabah and Sarawak.
Courier fees are charged based on the weight of the parcels for buyers who purchase less than RM250 in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia respectively.
During Festive Season, there will be some delay in shipping due to high demand and it is out of our control. There will be some delay from 2-7 days.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The shipping rate for courier fees are charged based on the weight of the parcels. Contact our Customer Service via our email email@example.com or Whatsapp +6012-5815618 to find out the rate of International Shipping. Please allow a 7-8 working days for the items to be delivered.
3. DELIVERY POLICY
All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal and Selangor holidays. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Packages do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Please allow 1-2 days for orders to be processed and 1-4 working days for the items to be delivered.
